Diabetes Education
From showing how to monitor blood sugar and how to reduce stress, to setting goals for improved diet and exercise, the Seton Diabetes Education Center offers comprehensive education and support services for people diagnosed with diabetes. The program teaches how to avoid complications of diabetes and how to deal with them if they do occur. Support groups are available for the patient and family, as well as individual counseling for patients with special needs.Disease Management Programs
