Cooking Classes

One of the best things you can do for your health is to eat a well balanced diet that provides adequate calories and nutrients.

Come find out how to cook up tasty and healthy dishes that are simple to make. You'll see cooking demonstrations and enjoy the results.  Our cooking classes make for an entertaining evening hosted by two foodies -- an experienced chef and a registered dietitian from the Seton Family of Hospitals.

'You won't walk away hungry,' says Seton Family of Hospitals Network Clinical Nutrition Coordinator/Guest Relations Manager Monica Milonovich, MS,RD,LD,CDE.

The focus will be on moderation, portion control and making healthy choices.  While these are great principles to follow for those who want to lose weight, the classes are geared to the general population looking to improve their overall health.
