Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a centuries-old form of Chinese medicine based on the theory that there is energy, called Qi (pronounced “chee”),or Life Energy, flowing through your body. Acupuncturists believe a blocking or imbalance of the flow of chi at any point on a pathway may result in illness. Acupuncture can unblock and rebalance the flow of Qi to restore health.
AOMA's acupuncturist will place fine sterile needles at specific points on the body. This activates the Qi and promotes natural healing by enhancing recuperative power, immunity and physical and emotional health. It is a safe, painless and effective way to treat a wide variety of medical problems.
Qigong
Shen Zhen Qigong is inspired by the great spiritual teachers of the world. It is based on the philosophy of unconditional love. The form consists of elegant movements that aid in healing. Your body and mind will feel more relaxed, emotions calmed, and you will feel a deeper connection with nature and the universe. It additionally reduces stress and blood pressure, increases circulation, happiness and inner peace.
